史上首次！向尹锡悦发布逮捕令

据央视新闻消息，12月31日韩国法院以涉嫌内乱为由，批准了对尹锡悦的逮捕令。据悉，这是韩国宪政史上首次针对现任总统发布逮捕令。South Korea’s Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO) requested an arrest warrant for President Yoon Seok-yul. The CIO is investigating whether his short-lived martial law decree amounted to insurrection. This is the first time South Korean history that an arrest warrant has been requested for a sitting president. sitting adj. 现任的，在任期内的30日，由韩国高级公职人员犯罪调查处、警方和国防部调查本部组成的“共同调查本部”向首尔西部地方法院提请拘留总统尹锡悦。韩国高级公职人员犯罪调查处先后三次以涉嫌“内乱头目”和“滥用职权妨碍权利行使”为由向尹锡悦发出传唤调查要求书，但尹锡悦都没有予以回应。根据韩国《刑事诉讼法》，如果嫌疑人没有正当理由拒绝接受调查要求，或有可能不接受调查要求，调查机关可以向法院申请拘捕令，对相关人员展开强制调查。The CIO had previously summoned President Yoon three times for questioning on charges of insurrection and abuse of power, but he refused to comply with all three requests.
